We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a German-Speaking Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and increase customer loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in line with company objectives.
- Deliver tailored logistics and customs clearance solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management, contributing to strategic planning and goal setting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets and optimize results.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally from a German-speaking country or in German language.
- Previous experience as a sales manager is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in German (Preffered).
- Minimum 1 year in Content Creation.
- Minimum 1 year in Logistics.

Recruitment Process
STEP 1 :

You will get an email with a link for our online test (each occupation has different and specialized tests, with different tasks). Do the test from start to finish on your own. Be honest, and responsible. After you finish the test, you will receive a score immediately. Remember, your score doesn’t reflect/guarantee for you to pass to the next step.
STEP 3 :
Interview.
After you pass the online test, you will be invited to do an interview. In this stage, we get to know you better and explore your skills, experience, and fit for the role. We aim to understand your strengths and career aspirations while answering any questions you have about the position and our company culture. If you are suitable you will get an email from us to start the onboarding process.
STEP 4 :
You’re in!
