We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Customer Service Agent.

Responsibilities :
- Accepting incoming calls and consulting our clients.
- Requesting information and documents from clients by phone and email.
- Inputting orders into our customer service software programs.
- Issuing quotations / price offers for our clients.
- Writing and responding to emails from clients.
- Ensuring that documents received from clients are complete and accurate.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (related field).
- Previous experience as a customer service agent, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or in customs brokerage.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in German.
- Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
- Minimum 1 year in Logistics.

Customer Service
As a part of our Customer Service team at PUREPROGRESS, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
