Customer Service Specialist (MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN)

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (from any related field).

Data Entry Specialist for Declaration and Customs Clearance (MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN)

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally obtained in a German-speaking country).
  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English (Preffered).
  • Previous experience as a customs declarant, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or in data entry.

  • Minimum 1 year in Content Creation.
  • Minimum 1 year in Logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year in Marketing.

Recruitment Process

STEP 1 :

Fill out your online application.

After you fill in the application/send an email/apply from Indeed (any option’s possible), our recruitment team will check your application. If you’re eligible, we will contact you within a week via email/Indeed to do the online test.

STEP 2 :

Do the online test.

You will get an email with a link for our online test (each occupation has different and specialized tests, with different tasks). Do the test from start to finish on your own. Be honest, and responsible. After you finish the test, you will receive a score immediately. Remember, your score doesn’t reflect/guarantee for you to pass to the next step.

STEP 3 :

Interview.

After you pass the online test, you will be invited to do an interview. In this stage, we get to know you better and explore your skills, experience, and fit for the role. We aim to understand your strengths and career aspirations while answering any questions you have about the position and our company culture. If you are suitable you will get an email from us to start the onboarding process.

STEP 4 :

You’re in!

Congratulations! You’re officially part of the PUREPROGRESS team. We’ll guide you through the onboarding process to help you settle in smoothly. From here, you’ll receive everything you need to get started, meet your new colleagues, and start making an impact. Welcome aboard!

At our Indonesia location, we apply a hybrid working method, with one month at the office, at Pacific Century Place, Jakarta, and another month working at home.

Yes. We require our employees to be FLUENT in English. Most of our employees also speak German (because most of our clients are from Germany/ Switzerland). We recommend you to always double check the language requirements, specifically for the particular job you’re interested in applying.
