Customer Service (Indonesia)

About Us : PUREPROGRESS is a young and international logistics company and customs broker based in Switzerland. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to logistics, offering comprehensive solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients worldwide.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a French-Speaking Customer Service Agent.

Customer Service (MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH)

Responsibilities :

  • Accepting incoming calls and consulting our clients in French language.
  • Requesting information and documents from clients by phone and email in French language.
  • Inputting orders into our French customer service software programs.
  • Issuing quotations / price offers for our French-speaking clients.
  • Writing and responding in French language to emails from clients.
  • Ensuring that documents received from clients are complete and accurate.
 

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally from a French-speaking country or in French language.
  • Previous experience as a customer service agent, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or in customs brokerage.
  • Fluent in French (Mandatory).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in German (Preffered).
  • Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
  • Minimum 1 year in Logistics.

Working hours :

  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday – Friday
  • From 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (WIB)

Recruitment Process

STEP 1 :

Fill out your online application.

After you fill in the application/send an email/apply from Indeed (any option’s possible), our recruitment team will check your application. If you’re eligible, we will contact you within a week via email/Indeed to do the online test.

STEP 2 :

Do the online test.

You will get an email with a link for our online test (each occupation has different and specialized tests, with different tasks). Do the test from start to finish on your own. Be honest, and responsible. After you finish the test, you will receive a score immediately. Remember, your score doesn’t reflect/guarantee for you to pass to the next step.

STEP 3 :

Interview.

After you pass the online test, you will be invited to do an interview. In this stage, we get to know you better and explore your skills, experience, and fit for the role. We aim to understand your strengths and career aspirations while answering any questions you have about the position and our company culture. If you are suitable you will get an email from us to start the onboarding process.

STEP 4 :

You’re in!

Congratulations! You’re officially part of the PUREPROGRESS team. We’ll guide you through the onboarding process to help you settle in smoothly. From here, you’ll receive everything you need to get started, meet your new colleagues, and start making an impact. Welcome aboard!
