We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Development and Quality Manager.

Responsibilities :
- Making video training content for every careers’ onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure cohesive quality standards across departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and development, preparing reports and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards and expectations.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality control standards and process improvement techniques.
- Ensuring the onboarding process for new candidates goes smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma (Bachelor Degree in related field prefferd).
- Previous experience as quality management is preffered.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in German (Preffered).
- Minimum 1 year in Content Creation.
- Minimum 1 year in Logistics.

Recruitment Process

After you pass the online test, you will be invited to do an interview. In this stage, we get to know you better and explore your skills, experience, and fit for the role. We aim to understand your strengths and career aspirations while answering any questions you have about the position and our company culture. If you are suitable you will get an email from us to start the onboarding process.
