interna\u021bional de m\u0103rfuri \u00een cadrul Uniunii Europene (UE).\nEste un document de tranzit care reglementeaz\u0103 circula\u021bia m\u0103rfurilor f\u0103r\u0103 v\u0103muire \u00eentre statele membre ale UE \u0219i anumite \u021b\u0103ri din afara UE care particip\u0103 la regimul de tranzit comun (RTC). <\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h4>Context<\/h4>\n<p>Uniunea European\u0103 a convenit regimul de tranzit comun cu unele \u021b\u0103ri ter\u021be, \u00een special cu \u021b\u0103rile AELS (Asocia\u021bia European\u0103 a Liberului Schimb: Norvegia, Islanda, Liechtenstein \u0219i Elve\u021bia).\nAceast\u0103 procedur\u0103 permite transportul m\u0103rfurilor \u00een regim duty-free prin aceste \u021b\u0103ri, f\u0103r\u0103 perceperea de taxe vamale sau impozite.\nAcest lucru este deosebit de avantajos pentru \u00eentreprinderile care trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i transporte produsele prin diferite \u021b\u0103ri europene.  <\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<h4>Func\u021bie \u0219i utilizare<\/h4>\n<p>Documentul T2 este utilizat \u00een cazul m\u0103rfurilor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sunt transportate dintr-o \u021bar\u0103 din UE \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 \u021bar\u0103 din UE printr-o \u021bar\u0103 din afara UE (de exemplu, Elve\u021bia).<\/li>\n<li>sunt transportate dintr-o \u021bar\u0103 din afara UE care particip\u0103 la GVV c\u0103tre o \u021bar\u0103 din UE, iar m\u0103rfurile nu au fost v\u0103muite \u00een \u021bara din afara UE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documentul T2 serve\u0219te drept dovad\u0103 c\u0103 m\u0103rfurile sunt transportate \u00een regim de tranzit
