We are a young, internationally operating logistics company with internal customs clearance.<\/p>

For our new office at the border in Ramsen we are looking for a dispatcher (40-100%) with immediate effect.<\/p>

In this position, you will be the direct contact person for our new and existing customers in the transportation sector: by telephone and e-mail. As a transportation expert, you show our customers what options are available for their specific needs. Be it the transportation of commercial goods and vehicles by land freight, sea freight or air freight. They calculate how much space a consignment requires on the means of transport, prepare quotations and take care of the organization to ensure that the transport runs smoothly. You will be in consultation with our order acceptance department and, if necessary, with the customs department. You negotiate conditions for transportation with our carriers on a daily basis and monitor the timely execution. <\/p>

Your tasks: <\/b><\/p>

– Independent work in the area of scheduling \/ preparation of quotations<\/p>

– Regular answering of telephone calls<\/p>

– Telephone and written advice for (new) customers on transport requests<\/p>

– Acceptance of transport orders<\/p>

– Regular reply to e-mails<\/p>

– Reception of customers on site if necessary<\/p>

– Review, preparation and execution of transport orders<\/p>

– Correspondence and clarifications with customers, partners and colleagues<\/p>

– Administrative activities<\/p>

What you bring with you: <\/b><\/p>

– Ideally completed commercial training (commercial apprenticeship), preferably in the field of logistics \/ wholesale and foreign trade<\/p>

– General knowledge in the field of transportation and customs<\/p>

– Very good knowledge of German (oral and written)<\/p>

– At least basic knowledge of English (any other language is an advantage)<\/p>

– Good IT skills (Word, Outlook)<\/p>

– A friendly, self-confident, quality-conscious and resilient personality<\/p>
