We are a young, internationally operating logistics company with internal customs clearance. For our customs office at the border in Thayngen we are looking for a customs declarant (80-100%) with immediate effect.
<\/p>\n

Your tasks: <\/b><\/p>\n

– Independent work in the area of customs clearance<\/p>\n

– Answering telephone calls<\/p>\n

– Telephone and written advice to (new) customers on customs issues and acceptance of customs clearance orders<\/p>\n

– Regular reply to e-mails<\/p>\n

– Reception of walk-in customers on site at the counter<\/p>\n

– Processing of orders in the import \/ export area incl. Pricing<\/p>\n

– Preparation of further customs documents (EUR.1, 13.20A, etc.)<\/p>\n

– Correspondence and clarifications with customers, customs offices and partners<\/p>\n

– Administrative activities<\/p>\n

What you bring with you: <\/b><\/p>\n

– One \nCompleted commercial training, preferably in the field of \nCustoms clearance \/ logistics and at least initial experience in the field of \nCustoms clearance<\/p><\/span><\/p>\n

– General knowledge in the field of transportation and customs<\/p>\n

– Very good knowledge of German (oral and written)<\/p>\n

– At least basic knowledge of English (any other language is an advantage)<\/p>\n

– Ideally knowledge of the ATLAS + e-dec software connections<\/p>\n

– Good IT skills (Word, Outlook)<\/p>\n

– A car driver’s license<\/p>\n

– A friendly, self-confident, quality-conscious and resilient personality<\/p>\n

– The willingness to learn new things<\/p>\n

– Entrepreneurial thinking<\/p>\n
