Hodnota vozidla se nezv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 pouze o opat\u0159en\u00ed k zachov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivota. Bez servisu a nov\u00fdch pneumatik p\u0159estane auto nakonec jezdit, tak\u017ee tuto pr\u00e1ci MUS\u00cdME prov\u00e9st. Bez zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hodnoty se tedy nejedn\u00e1 o aktivn\u00ed zu\u0161lech\u0165ovac\u00ed styk, a proto by se tento postup NEMUSEL pou\u017e\u00edt, proto\u017ee v tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme s vozidlem do\u010dasn\u011b vstoupit do N\u011bmecka tak\u0159\u00edkaj\u00edc jako turist\u00e9, ani\u017e bychom to museli podle celn\u00edho z\u00e1kona deklarovat (pokud vozidlo p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na vlastn\u00edch kolech). Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee si nem\u016f\u017eeme kupovat nap\u0159\u00edklad nov\u00e9 r\u00e1fky nebo podobn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, proto\u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, ale jednozna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hodnoty. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b by bylo nutn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed znovu zaregistrovat.<\/p><p>Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad: Chceme do N\u011bmecka dov\u00e9zt stroj nebo motor vozidla (bez vozidla), proto\u017ee u\u017e nefunguje. Pokud je pak na faktu\u0159e uveden servis, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt proces podrobn\u011bji prov\u011b\u0159en a vozidlo zkontrolov\u00e1no, zda nebylo vylep\u0161eno. Pokud se n\u00e1sledn\u011b zjist\u00ed, \u017ee vozidlo nebylo \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zaregistrov\u00e1no pro celn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vlastn\u00edk vozidla vystaven trestn\u00edmu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, proto\u017ee vozidlo bylo neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b od\u0148ato celn\u00edmu dohledu.
