Od 1. listopadu 2009 je v celn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu EU do v\u00fdvozn\u00edho doprovodn\u00e9ho dokladu (ABD) zahrnuto tzv. \u010d\u00edslo EORI<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch subjekt\u016f v celn\u00edm re\u017eimu. EORI je zkratka pro „Syst\u00e9m registrace a identifikace hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch subjekt\u016f“. \u010c\u00edslo EORI m\u00e1 usnadnit automatizovan\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f v celn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n

Ka\u017ed\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd subjekt m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v z\u00e1sad\u011b pouze jedno \u010d\u00edslo EORI. Obvykle ji vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dlensk\u00fd st\u00e1t. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00e1 spole\u010dnost v\u017edy obdr\u017e\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo EORI od n\u011bmeck\u00e9 celn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy. Polsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost obdr\u017e\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo EORI od polsk\u00e9 celn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy atd. Jakou roli hraje \u010d\u00edslo EORI ve v\u00fdvozn\u00edm pr\u016fvodn\u00edm dokladu?<\/h2>\n

Pokud chcete vyv\u00e1\u017eet zbo\u017e\u00ed z EU do t\u0159et\u00ed zem\u011b, v\u017edy pot\u0159ebujete \u010d\u00edslo EORI. Tuto skute\u010dnost mus\u00ed celn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce<\/a> uv\u00e9st na r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech v\u00fdvozn\u00edho pr\u016fvodn\u00edho dokladu. Zaprv\u00e9 v oblasti v\u00fdvozce, kter\u00fd vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed z EU. T\u00edm je v\u017edy prodejce zbo\u017e\u00ed. Zpravidla je to tak\u00e9 odes\u00edlatel zbo\u017e\u00ed. Pokud je v\u0161ak zbo\u017e\u00ed skladov\u00e1no a odeb\u00edr\u00e1no jinou spole\u010dnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zbo\u017e\u00ed prod\u00e1v\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bmeck\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 pak zbo\u017e\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed z EU, je v\u00fdvozce t\u00edm, kdo vystavuje fakturu spole\u010dnosti v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.
